Service Coordinator

Reports To: Principal, Service Manager

The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service. The successful candidate has experience both answering all incoming calls as well as working in a fast-paced work environment. Other duties include assisting with day to day clerical duties as well as service billing responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have excellent communication skill; have strong customer service background-phone experience and skills a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Service dispatching skills preferred
  • Must have ability to handle a variety of situations encountered while maintaining a fast paced environment, and maintaining good attention to detail
  • Must have good reasoning ability
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Microsoft Office Proficient, strong computer skills
  • Display good organizational skills and be able to multi-task

Regular Tasks and Assignments

  • Answer All Incoming Calls
  • Route calls to necessary employees/departments
  • Create service calls for customers requesting service
  • Schedule incoming service calls to accommodate customers’ needs
  • Manage technician schedules
  • Scheduling of contracted services
  • Service billing duties
  • Day to Day Clerical duties: filing, data entry, etc.
